SHIPPING:

We are working diligently to get you your package as soon as possible.

Unfortunately with this Pandemic going on, we carry a limited stock on hand & some items are made to order. You may receive one or multiple packages, as we finish each item we mail it out. Please note, each item is MADE WITH A-L-O-H-A, & with some products this process takes roughly 2-15 days depending on the item, as some are Print, Cut & Sewn. Below is an estimate production time for each piece. 

Embroidered Pieces - Take 2-7 Business Days

Full Prints such as Leggings, Rashguards, Blankets, Towels & Pillows - Take 5-14 Business Days

Hats & Stickers - 1-5 Business Days

Once USPS receives your package, we usually allow for 3-5 business days for local USPS shipping. PLEASE NOTE THIS WAS PRIOR TO PANDEMIC & DUE TO LIMITED TRANSPORTATION AVAILABILITY AS A RESULT OF NATIONWIDE COVID-19 IMPACTS, PACKAGE DELIVERY TIMES MAY BE EXTENDED, please bare with us!!!  We are not responsible for packages lost by the post office. We are not responsible for packages stolen from your mailbox or left by your door so please ensure that your package will be delivered to a secure location.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

WE ARE SO SORRY TO HEAR YOU ARE UNSATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, BUT DUE TO CORONA-VIRUS PANDEMIC, ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

ONLY EXCEPTION: IF YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT ITEM, OR AN ITEM YOU ORDERED IS DEEMED OUT OF STOCK UPON FULFILLMENT, WE WOULD BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO CORRECT YOUR ORDER OR ISSUE YOU A FULL REFUND ON THOSE ITEMS. REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED BACK TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD SUPPLIED AT CHECKOUT.  ALL ITEMS MUST BE POSTMARKED FOR RETURN WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORIGINAL ORDER ACCORDING TO USPS TRACKING INFORMATION.

UNFORTUNATELY IF YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE DOES NOT FALL UNDER ANY OF THE LISTED CATEGORIES, WE WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND. WE ENCOURAGE ALL OUR CUSTOMERS TO DOUBLE-CHECK ALL ORDER DETAILS BEFORE CHECKOUT. MAHALO FOR UNDERSTANDING!!

***We’re unable to cover return postage costs unless your order is DAMAGED, FAULTY, or the WRONG ITEM were received. If your return fits under these categories, we will issue you a prepaid shipping label with no additional cost to you.

If your return does not fall under any of those categories, you will be responsible for return postage costs.
